Imperial Guard vs Orks
The Orks assault the primary Imperial Training base and harbour quite unexpectedly, attempting to capture boats to get off the island. The Imperials attempt to muster some defence while they attempt to sink the boats, trapping the Orks on the Island.
Ork Goal: Destroy the IG or break through their lines
Imperial Goal: Stay alive as long as possible and prevent the Orks from escaping.
Forces: 1000 points of Orks and 600 points of Imperial guard.
Battlefield: The ork deployment zone should be filled with jungle terrain. The IG deployment zone should be filled with military building up to the beach area.
Deployment: The Orks deploy half of their units first and get the first turn, the other half starts in reserve. The Imperial Guard deploy a maximum of 2 infantry squads and 1 vehicle. The rest starts in reserve.
Reserves: All of the ork reserves arrive during their first turn and move on from their table edge. The Imperial guard player may bring D3 units on from reserve every turn, starting at turn 1. The Imperial Guard reserves enter from either long board edge (see picture above)
