What is fascinating is the lack of response from Battle Front reassuring us that there will be hard back books in the future. The sounds of silence are not making me feel good about all of this.

They've already mentioned that there are no hardback compilation books planned at this time. From the 'Nachtjager Digital Lists' thread:

Some answers to comments and questions

1. Bulge Comps - correct they are not on any release plan I have seen, and they are not on the Studio's workflow either. We are pretty happy with the three Bulge books and see no need to compile up in the short term.

And this is supposed to make me feel better about this? I see a trend where even the soft cover books are going to vanish into a digital nightmare.
